This list includes lenders who have represented to the Division that they do not hold themselves out in this state as being able to perform the activities of a mortgage broker and limit their activities to providing money to invest in loans secured by an interest in real property to persons licensed in this state as mortgage brokers or persons exempt from such licensing. The provisions of NRS Chapter 645B do not apply to persons whose activities are limited in this manner.
There is no legal requirement
that wholesale lenders register with the Division and appear
on this list; however, wholesale lenders who wish to confirm
that NRS 645B does not apply to their activities may do so by
making such a request to the Division in writing. The
request should include a reference to the activities described
in
NAC 645B.017.
