How to File a Complaint


The Division can conduct investigations into the activities of escrow agencies, escrow agents, mortgage companies, mortgage loan originators, mortgage servicers and covered service (loan modification) providers licensed or required to be licensed by the Division.  If you have a dispute with one of our licensees and are unable to resolve the issue, you are encouraged to file a complaint with the Division.  If you suspect that you have been a victim of an unlicensed business or person who does not have a license to conduct business in Nevada, you are encouraged to file a complaint with the division.

Please use one of the Complaint Forms below. The online form is preferred, however you may mail, email or fax the printable form. All supporting documents may be submitted by mail, fax, or email. 

Online:The Online Complaint Form must be submitted online; supporting documents for this form must be emailed according to the instructions on the receipt sent after submission. 

 Email: Use the printable form, all text may be entered in the form before saving the document. The saved complaint form should be attached to an email with all related documentation detailing and supporting the complaint. The Subject line should read Compliance Investigation Unit. Email the form and all documentation to MLDInfo@mld.nv.gov 

 Postal Mail: Use the printable form, all text may be entered in the form before printing. The form and all related documentation detailing and supporting the complaint should be submitted to the Division at:
