Division of Mortgage Lending Forms
All forms related to renewals and credential updates that were previously available in our division are now centralized within the new SRS Portal and are referred to as portal actions related to credentials.
To complete a portal action, sign in to your account on the SRS Portal. Once logged in, open the navigation panel by clicking on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines). Select "Credentials" from the menu, then locate the specific credential you wish to update or submit for. Click the action arrow next to the credential to proceed with your portal action.

Veteran Questionnaire
Pursuant to NRS 417.0194, the Nevada Mortgage Lending
Division is required to collect information regarding the Veteran status of all
individuals that either apply for a license, are approved for a license, or
renew a license.
Applicants that have not completed the “Veteran Status
Reporting for MLD” will have their status in NMLS set to “Deficient which
will affect your application and/or license status."
