Adopted Regulations
The Division of Mortgage Lending adopted six permanent
regulations and one temporary regulation pertaining to
Chapter 645B (Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Agents) and
two regulations pertaining to Chapter 645E (Mortgage
Bankers). The temporary regulation was filed on April
15, 2009; the permanent regulations were filed on April
23, 2009. The regulations have various effective dates.
Effective dates are noted at the end of each regulation.
If not noted, the effective date is the date of filing.
The eight permanent regulations and the one temporary
regulation are posted below, as well as a synopsis of
the pertinent changes. Please contact the Division if
