An order that imposes discipline and the findings of fact and conclusions of law supporting that order are public records.

The Division has summarized its administration actions from January 2004 to the present. For actions taken from 2004 through 2008, a copy of the entire order may be obtained by calling the Division’s Las Vegas office at (702) 486-0782. Commencing in 2009, Administrative Actions taken by the Division may be downloaded directly from the website.
