Report, please complete the form below and submit this form to the Division of
Mortgage Lending via email to MLDinfo@mld.nv.gov.
In the subject line please indicate “Annual Mortgage Servicing Volume
Report”. All reports received after
March 31,2024, will accrue a late penalty of $25 per day.
